The venue for the meeting is "The Graduate", which is conveniently adjacent to the University of Arizona campus. This is a new hotel, with a great website so please look around. For out-of-town people, we would be very grateful if you would also stay at this hotel.
We have obtained a block booking at a lower than normal rate. The single/double room rate is $96/night. This rate is subject to applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check-in. Computer Wi-Fi in the guest room is complimentary.
Complimentary continental breakfast, coffee breaks, and lunch will be provided as part of the registration for the three days of the workshop.
Check-in time is 4:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Guests can check luggage with the front desk and they are welcome to use public spaces (with complimentary Wi-Fi) if they arrive early and are awaiting a room for check-in at 4:00 pm.
