DRAGONS v3.0.3: GMOS-S Amp 5

DRAGONS v3.0.3 is now available. This is a patch release that offers automated handling of GMOS-S amplifier #5, which experienced issues in January. The patch also includes a few other bug fixes.

Any new installation will automatically install 3.0.3. To upgrade, either create a new environment or run "conda install dragons=3.0.3" in an existing dragons environment.
