Gemini South observing database offline from 11:00 to 14:00 November 6, 2019

Due to urgent work on the UPS system, the Gemini South observing database and related services will be taken offline from 11:00 local time. It is expected that the database and associated systems will be back in operation at 14:00 local time. Apologies for the inconvenience.
UPDATE: The ODB and associated systems are back in operation as foreseen at 14:00
