2015A Observing Tool released

The 2015A Gemini Observing Tool is now available for download. This update is required to access the Gemini Observing Databases. Installation instructions are linked off of the Observing Tool web page, and we recommend that everyone download their programs from scratch from the ODBs rather than import from saved XMLs.

Note that we have discovered a bug in the 2015A database in that it will not give the usual message about version incompatibility when using an older OT, so if an OT reports network issues please verify that it is the latest version (2015A.1.1.1).
