New Telescope Status Pages Facilitate Target-of-Opportunity Observations

As the number of Target of Opportunity (ToO) proposals has increased at Gemini, the telescope status pages for Gemini North and Gemini South have also been updated to make triggering of observations easier for PIs. The new format includes the status of the telescope, pertinent weather information, skycams at each site, and available instruments and their current configurations. Now when a PI is ready to activate an observation, particularly during nighttime operations, information that may be useful when deciding to trigger will all be in one location.
