The conference will start the morning of Monday 29 September and will finish mid-afternoon on Thursday 2 October. Please see below for a brief overview of each day.
Monday, 29 September, 2025 – Full Day
Lunch and coffee breaks provided.
Tuesday, 30 September, 2025 – Full Day
Lunch and coffee breaks provided.
A conference reception will be held in the evening (details TBA).
Wednesday, 1 October, 2025 – Half Day (Morning)
Bagged lunches provided ONLY to conference participants who have registered for the Kitt Peak tour at an additional cost (please note that the bagged lunch is included in the additional tour cost). Conference participants not attending the Kitt Peak tour will arrange lunch on their own.
Coffee breaks will be provided for all participants during the morning conference sessions.
Thursday, 2 October, 2025 – Partial Day
Lunch and coffee breaks provided.
