Planetary Science and Astrobiology Decadal Survey White Papers

The following 'programmatic' white papers were submitted to the Planetary Science and Astrobiology Decadal Survey 2023-2032 that make reference to Extremely Large Telescopes and/or the US ELT Program. Other science white papers also discuss the relevance of ELTs for solar system science.
