Gemini Observing Tool Release (OT 2021B.1.1.2)

Gemini released a new version of the Observing Tool (OT 2021B.1.1.2) on Thursday 14 October 2021. This version includes several improvements, most notably support for the updated JPL Horizons non-sidereal target database API.
This version of the OT is highly recommended but is only required for users with non-sidereal targets.
The new OT is available for download, and the installation instructions are linked on the Observing Tool web page. Please see the Release Notes for a complete list of changes.
