We are pleased to announce that full registration is now open for IAU Symposium 357. Please use this link and select “Conference Registration”. Abstract submission for oral and poster presentation is all part of the registration process. The deadline for registration is June 30, 2019. Space is limited so please consider registering early.
The overall registration fee is 460 USD and it covers lunches and coffee breaks at Grand Naniloa hotel. Here is a rough breakdown of the cost:
- All day tea, coffee & snacks: 200 USD
- Lunch: 120 USD
- Welcoming reception (Sunday evening): 45 USD
- Conference room rental: 80 USD
- Electronic conference proceedings: 15 USD
Conference dinner (Oct 24, Thursday night): we invite all symposium participants and your families to the experience the excitement of the ‘Imiloa Astronomy Center, where exclusive access to their hands-on exhibit hall awaits, followed by hula performance and dinner in their Moanahoku Hall. You can sign up for conference dinner during the registration for 80 USD per person.
