The DIMM1 Seeing Monitor is an automatic seeing monitor mounted on top of Cerro Tololo InterAmerican Observatory since 2008. It was originally named CELT and was part of the robotic site testing stations for the site characterization of TMT project in Northern Chile from 2003 to 2008.
