Diagram of GHOST
This diagram shows the three components of GHOST as they fit into Gemini South. GHOST is an echelle spectrograph and consists of three primary components; the Cassegrain unit mounted on the telescope, the spectrograph bench located in the pier lab for image and wavelength stability, and a fiber cable connecting the two.
