Preparing for restart at SOAR

Electronics technician Manuel Torres checking one of the many computers needed to run the SOAR telescope and its instruments, and to help astronomers store and reduce the data they acquire when observing. Although the staff was able to monitor the computers during the extended shutdown, they all needed to be checked and in some cases restarted before observing could resume.
