The Vera C. Rubin Observatory offers a suite of free interactive astronomy investigations that use authentic data and require only internet access. Each classroom-ready lesson comes with a phenomenon, assessments, and extensive teacher support materials. These investigations are ideal for engaging novice learners from advanced middle school through high school. We will explore some aspects of the investigations in the session Coloring the Universe.
