The community is invited to explore the amazing science happening here on Hawaiʻi Island during the annual AstroDay celebration on Saturday, Oct. 7th, at Kona Commons Shopping Center in Kailua-Kona on Hawai‘i Island. Organized by the Maunakea Astronomy Outreach Committee (MKAOC), this free, family-friendly event offers entertaining and engaging STEM activities, demonstrations, and exhibits. Gemini Observatory will be hosting a booth with a variety of activities.
