Arrival of 500 t Crane
A huge new crane has arrived on Cerro Pachón—one of the biggest cranes available in Chile! This crane will be used to lift and place heavy loads like the LSST azimuth ring segments and the supports for the Telescope Mount Assembly (TMA).
