Second Support Installation for Rubin Telescope Mount Assembly
On February 3rd, 2020, the second of the two large supports for the Telescope Mount Assembly was successfully installed inside the dome using the 500-ton crane. Assembly of the TMA on the summit will continue over the next few months.
