The WLM Local Group dwarf galaxy

The WLM Local Group dwarf galaxy, as observed with the CTIO Blanco 4-m telescope and Mosaic II camera as part of the NOAO-sponsored Local Group Survey (PI: Philip Massey, Lowell Observatory). The image is a true-color combination of images in three of the filters used by the survey. The full complement of survey data include images in broad-band/ UBVRI/, as well as through filters centered on the H-alpha, [SII], and [OIII] emission lines. All of the data, description of the analysis, and UBVRI photometry are available through the Local Group Survey website.
