NGC 151

This galaxy's purple-like appearance indicates the bluish spiral arms have many reddish dust lanes and HII regions. However, at a distance of 160 million light years away, these details are not well resolved in this image.

This image was taken as part of Advanced Observing Program (AOP) program at Kitt Peak Visitor Center during 2014.
