IC 443 Widefield

This supernova remnant is about 5000 years from Earth in the constellation Gemini. Can you see why it is sometimes called the Jellyfish Nebula?

This image was taken as part of Advanced Observing Program (AOP) program at Kitt Peak Visitor Center during 2014.
