Photovoltaic Panels and Batteries on Cerro Pachón
This satellite image of the NOIRLab facilities on Cerro Pachón shows the selected location of photovoltaic panels and battery system (PV+BESS AREA) and where the system will be connected to the existing power lines (INTERCONNECTION AREA). The PV+BESS area is large enough to hold about 4 MW of photovoltaic installations.
