Gemini Mirror Goes to Port
The 8-meter primary mirror meant for one of the International Gemini Observatory's twin telescopes is being transported from the Corning plant in New York to the Port of Ogdensburg. The mirror is en route to the REOSC polishing facility in France. This image was captured in December 1995.
