The scanning Fabry-Perot interferometer  is a powerful tool for 3D spectroscopic study of  the  emission-line kinematics of extended objects. I briefly  review the opportunities of this technique on the last decade observations at  the SAO RAS 6-m  telescope. The results concerning different Galactic and extragalactic objects are considered: Herbig-Haro flows, polar and collisional rings galaxies, expanding bubbles  in dwarf galaxies, hypernova remnantt, etc.
