In beginning collaboration with the Native Hawaiian non-profit organization dedicated to Astronomy education in Hawaiʻi, ʻOhana Kilo Hōkū (OKH), NOIRLab staff, Leinani Lozi was invited to participate as a mentor in OKH's first teacher workshop. The workshop was dedicated to listening to local teachers and hearing their needs for resources in their classrooms to enable them in teaching astronomy.
