The Annual Merrie Monarch Festival Parade is a cherished tradition that has been captivating audiences for decades. Celebrating its 62nd year in 2025, this iconic event not only celebrates the vibrant Hawaiian culture through hula and heritage of Hilo town but also shares its unique charm with the world. The Maunakea Observatories, Center for Maunakea Stewardship, and the Maunakea Visitor Information Station staff, friends and ʻohana will collectively march as a part of the parade supporting the community.
