In this presentation, I will give an overview of the DESI spectroscopic survey and the first DESI data release. Then, I will introduce how we can constrain the BAO, the growth rate, the primordial non-gaussianity with DESI data, and the status of these different measurements. In particular, I will present the blinding procedure for these three measurements and will focus more on the BAO measurement since it is the only unblind measurement made with DESI DR1 data/ Finally, I will present the cosmological constraints from these BAO measurements and their implications on the Lcdm Universe.
