Milky Way Rising Over Kitt Peak
Sitting on the northern part of Kitt Peak National Observatory (KPNO) is the Nicholas U. Mayall 4-meter Telescope, the biggest telescope in the observatory. In this mesmerizing timelapse, the Milky Way can be seen rising over the telescope.
