Keith Bechtol Eclipse Presentation

Keith Bechtol, Associate Scientist with LSST, gave a public talk at Rabun Gap Nacoochee School in Rabun County, GA (on the solar eclipse path of totality) on 20 August 2017. He spoke about how the eclipse has helped scientists understand gravity, and how gravity continues to be a central aspect of contemporary research (e.g., dark energy, dark matter, inflation).
