Astro Guides at Cerro Pachón

A group of Chilean astro-tourism guides enjoyed a tour of Cerro Pachón and the Rubin Observatory site hosted by two Rubin staff members, Kevin Reil and Alysha Shugart, on 22 October. Astro-tourism is very popular in Chile, and Rubin Observatory will be in high demand as a destination once construction is complete.The three professional guides were Patricia Vargas Encina, Jorge Rojas Espinoza, and Allan Keneth. Accompanying them were two guests, César Muñoz León and Rodrigo Pizarro Cortés.
