Preparing for restart at SOAR

During the long shutdown of the SOAR telescope, all the instruments were allowed to warm up. In order to return them to service, their detectors and, in some cases, their optics need to be cooled again. The cooling is done with liquid nitrogen, but first, the volume around the cold structure needs to be evacuated to provide insulation from the ambient temperature. This requires people working on the telescope platforms and in the control room.
