Inside the Big Dome at Sacramento Peak Observatory
The main instrumentation of the John W. Evans Solar Facility housed in the Big Dome at Sacramento Peak Observatory is visible here in this black-and-white photo: the K-Corona Emission Line Photometer (KELP) a collaboration between Sacramento Peak and HAO in Boulder. It was taken in the 1974–1980 timeframe.
