Soon to Rise: Tucson's Flex Rig Building

Starting from the very bottom, the construction of the Flex Rig Building begins. This buliding would eventually rise at the Tucson Headquarters of NOIRLab, then known as the National Optical Astronomy Observatory (NOAO). This image was taken in June 2002.
