Submission Guidelines
Submission for oral contributions is now closed, but abstracts for poster contributions will be accepted until June 30, 2022. Other deadlines are listed in the chart below.
Remote presenters will be asked to provide a recorded talk, which will be played during the conference, and to be available for a live Q&A to immediately follow.

Prepare Abstract(s)
Abstract must be written and presented in English.
Confirmation of Abstract Submission & Notification of Acceptance
An acknowledgement of abstract submission will be automatically sent to presenting authors via e-mail upon completion of online submission. This e-mail is NOT an acceptance notification but an acknowledgement of your abstract submission. Notifications of acceptance of contributed talks will be sent in March 2022. Notifications of acceptance of poster presentations will be sent shortly after receipt of abstract.
Prepare presentation(s)
All presentations must be produced and presented in English.
