OT 2020A.1.1.3 Released

At new version of the 2020A Gemini Observing Tool (2020A.1.1.3) is now available for download. This is an optional but recommended update that is required for GeMS GAIA guide star searches.
The Installation Instructions are linked on the Observing Tool web page, and we recommend that everyone download their programs from the databases rather than import from saved XMLs.
