Ring via WIYN tip-tilt

Early success with the WIYN Tip-Tilt Module (low order adaptive optics interface) is shown in this comparison between a WIYN H-alpha image of the planetary nebula known as the Ring (300s, FWHM 0.3 arc seconds), and an image from the Hubble Space Telescope. For further details, see the June 2002 NOAO Newsletter (no.70), KPNO section (currently only available in PDF format).
