NOIRLab is partnering with the MathMovesU Raytheon event that invites students to the University of Arizona campus to have a facilitated telescope build experience with up and coming leaders within Raytheon and to send a message regarding the important role that Math and Science courses play in preparing for both academic and career pathways within STEM. Students leave with a functioning Galileoscope and a tripod to take back into their family's home and to have as an educational resource.
